Top 5 Third Person Games on Android in Kenya Q3 2021

The third quarter of 2021 saw some interesting trends in the performance of top third person games on the Android platform in Kenya. Data from Sensor Tower reveals detailed insights into the weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for the top 5 games: PUBG MOBILE, Free Fire, Guns of Glory: Lost Island, PUBG MOBILE LITE, and MIR4.

PUBG MOBILE from Level Infinite showcased a mix of ups and downs throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $7.8K in mid-July, before seeing a gradual decline to around $2.4K by mid-September. Downloads saw a notable rise towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately 5.2K in the last week of September. Active users experienced a steady increase, peaking at around 128.7K by the end of the quarter.

Free Fire by Garena International I maintained relatively stable revenue, peaking at about $1.2K in mid-July. Weekly downloads fluctuated, hitting a high of approximately 7.5K in mid-July and again around 6.5K in late August. Active users, however, saw a declining trend, dropping from around 29.5K at the start of the quarter to approximately 22.8K by the end of September.

Guns of Glory: Lost Island from FunPlus International AG had a modest performance. Revenue peaked at around $637 in the first week of July before stabilizing around $350 by the end of the quarter. Downloads remained low, fluctuating between 11 and 37 weekly. Active users also showed a declining trend, dropping from around 428 at the start of the quarter to approximately 257 by the end of September.

PUBG MOBILE LITE, also by Level Infinite, had a steady revenue throughout the quarter, peaking at around $241 in late August. Downloads saw some variation, with a high of approximately 899 in mid-July and another peak around 759 at the end of September. Active users showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching about 19.6K in the last week of September.

MIR4 from Wemade Co., Ltd, being a newer release, had its highest revenue in the first week of September at approximately $612. However, it saw a significant drop to around $48 by the end of the quarter. Data on downloads and active users for MIR4 were not available.
